Can documents in different workspaces link to the same workbook? Can an ESG Report in an ESG workspace accept a link from a document in an SEC Reporting Workspace?

Thank you for your question! The idea of linking between workspaces has been previously shared, but is not currently on our product roadmap. I will add you to that product request which will allow you to get any updates on that feature's implementation.
While we don't currently have the ability to directly link from one workspace to another, I think there is a workaround that could be a possibility for you. The shared data set feature allows a sheet in a Spreadsheet to be shared with other workspaces. In this case, a sheet from your SEC Spreadsheet could be shared as a data set with your ESG one. Within the ESG workspace, the data set could be added to a sheet in a Spreadsheet, and from there, links could be made to your ESG report. As the data changes in the SEC workspace, the data set can be republished, which will allow the values in the ESG workspace to be updated.
