Greetings, I sent out a request to the Assignee for evidence. The Assignee sent the evidence to me directly outside of Workiva. I am able to upload the files into the request, but I am unable to close the request. Suggestions?

hi All, I have a question on groups created under the members tab in certifications - if i migrate that where can it be found in the processes tab and how do we use find it and use it in the new certifications processes section?
I have a certification running at the moment - if I migrate to the new process, will I still be able to complete the certification and will the user experience change at all?
I send out certifications in three groups, at three different times, under one process. It does not seem like I can do this in one process using the new tool but I am hoping I am just not seeing how to do this.
