Connected Spreadsheet Rollforward

Hi CAB members! My team is using a connected spreadsheet between two workspaces and we are looking for best practices for how to rollforward. Right now it looks like when we rollforward we have to reconnect the spreadsheet in each workspace. That is kind of manual...is there a way to rollforward the work, so that we can keep the connections?

    Hi, Christie - I'm planning to share a workbook across workspaces, too, but haven't started setting it up yet.  Dreading that same issue, so very interested in any tips that might come through - thanks for starting the thread!

    At this time there isn't a way to roll forward across multiple Workspaces. I have passed this information along to our Product Team so they can investigate. Please let me know if you have any other questions!

    What is the benefit of connecting 2 workspaces, if I cannot roll forward both at the same? If I need to reconnect one or both after roll forward, I don't see the benefit? We haven't connected our workspaces yet, but this would be a major considering in deciding if it's worth it or not.

    Looks like this is not a planned update. I'm thinking of merging the earnings release into the 10Q project folder so they can be rolled together - preserving all links. Curious if there are better practices out there for a quarterly roll forward.
