How to add a new Reviewer in a Test form

Hi,

I am trying to add a reviewer to a test form where a reviewer is not assigned at all.

I am searching through the manual but all I see is to click a "Add reviewer" button which I do not see on my screen.

I do have owner access so I should be able to add reviewers.. Please help!

Thanks for reaching out! The missing "Add Reviewer" button is a permissions issue — here's a more detailed breakdown:

Why the button isn't showing:
- Adding a reviewer in a test form requires creating a Review Plan record
- Without the Data Admin role, users need explicit permissions to create and edit Review Plans
- Having Owner access to the test form alone is not sufficient — Review Plan permissions are separate

How to fix it:
- A Data Admin or Workspace Owner needs to grant access via the [Permissions] Review Plan report by enabling the "Create and Update Review Plans" editing rule for the user
- Alternatively, if your workspace has Form Permissions enabled, a Data Admin can set the Review Plan intent to sox so permissions are inherited from the Test Form

Note: Review Plan records must be created directly on the Test Form (by right-clicking the review plan table). They cannot be created from a report — only edited from one once created.

Please reach out to your Data Admin or CSM to have the appropriate permissions granted.
