SEC Viewer File Issue
Hello filers!
Wanted to keep you apprised of an SEC issue we're tracking that was introduced with the EDGAR 20.3 release on September 21 that’s causing a banner to appear on the iXBRL Viewer stating “Inline XBRL viewing features are minimal because no supporting file was found”. The traditional XBRL Viewer is also completely unavailable at this time.
Rest assured that while this certainly stinks, there is nothing wrong with your filing and the issue is not on the Workiva side. From what we can tell, it is related to how the SEC is processing the XBRL files it receives. So far there’s not been any communications from the SEC on the issue but if there are any updates, we'd expect them on their EDGAR News & Announcements site.
In the meantime, you can either contact the SEC's Structured Data office to inquire, or wait and see how the SEC resolves the issue. In past instances like this, the SEC has retroactively fixed filings, so they may go back and fix all the filings impacted here once this item is resolved.

Quick update here.
We have noticed that as of some time yesterday, the XBRL Viewer is now successfully being generated for filings. As of yet, the SEC hasn’t gone back and processed previous filings from 9/21 to 9/28 where the issue was present.
