    Hi Ryan,

We have our controls set-up around the review of the document rather than who is actually making the changes.  When I send the filings out for review I always include a blackline version, so reviewers can see the changes. Then right before we file, I send our auditors a blackline, so they know if we have made any changes from the version they have signed off on.

    Hi Ryan,

We have our controls set up the same as Emily.  We send blacklines out to our boards as well as our auditors and use milestones to keep track of which revisions everyone has seen. We do really pay attention to who has made the changes as we use directed comments if a potential change requires discussion.

We also send out blacklines, but we have a control that we review the workbook and document saves to see if anyone made any changes outside of our reporting group.
