How to resolve duplicate name in outline section error

An error was generated that states a "duplicate name was produced for an outline section". What are the steps to locate that error - it does not give me a reference.

Hi Karen. I had the exact same error recently. Best bet is to contact your CSM as it is something they need to diagnose and resolve on their end.
