Using Issues and action plans in Database - best practices for numbering
回答済みWe implemented SOX database this fiscal year and are planning to begin using the Issues and Action Plans in the coming fiscal year. Any suggestions on best practices for the numbering of these? Also, does anyone use these for non-SOX issues (operational audits) to allow for the ability to have one location for all issues and action plans? Any suggestions will be appreciated.

While I can't speak to all the best practices out there, I can at least tell you what is possible for you in Wdesk.
Regarding your first question, unfortunately, there is no automatic numbering currently available, so that particular field requires the creation of an Issue ID. Regarding your question, we have had other customers use us for other, non-SOX audits. To achieve this, your CSM can add another audit program to your account so you can then map it accordingly to your non-SOX audit. Does that make sense?
