6K Filing glossy vrs Plain filing
We plan to file the glossy, design-heavy version of the report on EDGAR as part of the 6-K htm file.
Are there any restrictions on filing a glossy version? We noticed other companies filing 6-K quarterly reports tend to submit non-glossy versions, so we would like to confirm if there are any requirements we should be aware of. We couldn’t find any specific answers about this on SEC’s website.

Hi Elnur Novruzov there are no additional requirements and/or restrictions beyond the normal EDGAR Rules. If you have any additional filing questions, I highly encourage contacting your CSM, who will be able to take a closer look at your specific account!
