What’s your favorite part about being on the Support Team?

I love the EMEA team dynamics, we are a mix bunch from all different backgrounds & working from different countries but with a single goal of solving complex problems and make a direct impact on customers day-to-day experience on the Platform.

Being that EMEA PSE’s work cross-skill (GRC & DMS) I love the collaborative aspect of the role within our team as some engineers are stronger on one product than the other but we work together to ensure we are successful together.

Do you have any hobbies?

I’m a budding photographer/videographer. I love taking and editing pictures and videos of my young family.

Any tips, tricks, or Workiva hacks you want to share?

EVERYTHING is in Splunk. As long as you have the patience and time to read and look into Splunk logs you will always find what you are looking for to resolve that complex customer issue.

Do you have one piece of advice, a favorite quote, or words to live by?

Life always offers you a second chance. It's called tomorrow.

I am a victim of always trying to finish things today, which puts alot of stress on myself. But lately, I have been reminding myself that there is always tomorrow and some things can wait until tomorrow.
