NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  The Workiva Community Amplify Americas Registration Promotions (“Promotion”) are a trade promotions open to all legal residents of the 50 Contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Void where prohibited. Promotions are sponsored by Workiva Inc., 2900 University Blvd., Ames, IA 50010 (“Sponsor”).  The Promotions will be held between  June 17, 2024 at 12:00 pm CST and  July 19, 2024 at 11:59 pm CST for Prize 1 and between   July 22, 2024 at 12:00 am CST and  August 16, 2024 at 11:59 pm CST for Prize 2 (the “Promotional Periods”). Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, late, illegible or incomplete entries or any mechanical errors, typographical or printing errors. Employees, officers, directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, related parties and immediate families are not eligible to participate in the Promotions.

To Enter: Entrants may enter by the contest by participating in the Promotions announced on this page of the Workiva Community website (the “Workiva Community”).  All entrants will be automatically entered into the Promotions. Limit one (1) entry per person  per promotion during the Promotional Period. To be deemed valid, entries must be fully and accurately completed in accordance with the requirements imposed in these Official Rules. Entries that are incomplete, defective, altered, illegible, mutilated, forged or irregular in any way, or not in full compliance with the official rules, are void.

Selection: One (1) winners will be selected  July 22, 2024 at 12:00 pm CST for Prize 1, and one (1) winner will be selected on  August 19, 2024 at 12:00 pm CST for Prize 2. Each winner will be selected by a random draw from all eligible entries for the specific Workiva Community promotion. Odds of being selected depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Winner(s) will be notified by email and/or telephone within 10 days after the end of the Promotion, or Promotional Periods, whichever is earlier. A winner can only win one (1) prize over the Promotional Periods. If prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. If necessary, an alternate winner will be determined in accordance with the procedures for selecting the original winner for the prize. Once the winner is verified and requirements have been met, the prize will be promptly awarded.

Prizes: Winners of both Prizes 1 and 2 will receive one (1) Amplify 2024 registration. Total approximate retail value (ARV) for the Prizes 1 and 2 is $1,495 each. No substitution or transfer of prizes, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor if advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winner may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, waiver of liability and publicity release, which must be returned within 15 days of notification of prize award, or prize award will be void and an alternate winner may be selected from remaining eligible entrants.  Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes.

Data Privacy: By entering this Promotion, Participant(s) agree that they consent to Sponsor’s use of their personal information for marketing purposes as it relates to Sponsor’s products and services, and that such personal information will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy which is available at: https://www.workiva.com/legal/privacy-policy. Participant(s) further acknowledges that they may choose to unsubscribe at any time from such emails as further described in the instructions included in each email.

Conditions and Restrictions:  By participating, winners consent to use of name, address and likeness for advertising, promotional and publicity purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. All decisions of Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to the Promotion. By entering, participants agree to be bound by the Official Rules, and release Sponsor and its agents and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability, loss, death, or damage arising out of their participation in the Promotion and/or with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel the Promotion, suspend the Promotion or change any element thereof, including these Official Rules, with or without notice, at any time.  Entrants agree and represent that they have received permission from their employer, if applicable, to enter the Promotion or receive any prize.
