Assigning preparers and approvers to multiple sheets

Is there a way to assign process preparers and approvers to multiple sheets within a workbook without having to create a process (content request) for each sheet?

Hi Cory!

Thanks for reaching out. Currently, there shouldn't any issues with this. The one thing to keep in mind is this automates permissions when it’s done in a process so customer’s that have team members that want to bring users to give them access levels briefly, it automates that process. As far as granting access on the document or SS level, that isn’t automated and the owners of those documents have grant access for each document type, you cannot automate that with Processes or in general. Hi Brandon,

This looks like this may be the answer to my previous post. Is it possible to grant access to multiple "Sections" at once? See below example I am only able to grant access to 1 sheet at a time.
