Workiva Sync add-in error
One of our colleagues is not able to use the Workiva Sync add-in. It states an "ADD-IN ERROR" saying that there is no permission to use the add-in.
This person does have access to our Workiva workspace and the old Wdesk Sync worked fine.
How can we fix this?

I checked with some of our internal resources and for this error, we commonly see it related to issues where the version of Excel being used is out of date. It is usually resolved by updating the current version of Excel being used. Is that possibly the issue for your colleague? Let us know if that helps resolve or you need anything else. This is what i am aware that Workiva Sync should be installed by the IT team who installs Microsoft Office applications.
