Editing Requests in Wdesk and improving funcationality
Wdesk needs to improve functionality to meet typical users needs:
1. You should be able to edit more features after the original request is sent( add samples, tag request to another control,etc..). Another basic feature that is missing is the ability to drag and drop support that was uploaded as general support to specific samples. Currently, I have to download a file on wdesk to then upload it to a specific sample.. why can't I just slide it down to the sample?
