Certifications in Waiting Status
I have created and started new process. It appears as certifications have not been sent.

Looks like you've stumbled upon an issue we're currently facing due to a backlog in our system, affecting processes. The impact of this is that actions in a running process will not be updating status for a bit as we work through the backlog of messages but, it will queue up to be processed later. Additionally, any actions that would transition into an approval state would not do so and running a process would have actions in a WAITING state.
Rest assured, we do have all hands on deck to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We anticipate that it will last the morning with the possibility of bleeding into the afternoon. We hope to be in a working state as soon as possible. At that time, when our production system becomes healthy, those statuses will get updated. There is an active support case being worked to get that system healthy ASAP!0i am having the same issue where 6 of 7 actions are in a "waiting" status and 1 certification was sent. The certifications are time-sensitive so hoping to get help resolving the issue ASAP.
