Home Dashboard - Auto Update Template Changes
We've created templates for our users to set as their Primary Dashboard on their Home page. These templates contain charts, reports, and other widgets that our users commonly access. However, when we update an existing template (ex. add a chart or widget to the existing template), those updates do not flow directly to the users dashboard, which they already set as their primary. Is there a way for users to set a template as a Primary Dashboard and automatically receive changes made to the existing templates without having to reset/reselect that template just to show the updates?
Many of our users are coming into the Workspace to get information. Whereas our team, users the Workspace to administer and publish information to them. Auto updating existing templates will save our users time from customizing/updating their dashboard themselves when they first log on.

Unfortunately, there's not a way for users to set a template as a Primary Dashboard and automatically receive changes made to the existing templates without having to reset/reselect that template just to show the updates. However, we have had a previous request for this feature. I'd be happy to get you added to the ticket and keep you updated on any developments!

Would you please add me to the ticket as well? I would like to stay updated with this too. It would be beneficial for our users to have the ability to automatically receive changes made to the existing templates without having to reset/reselect that template to receive the updates. In other words, it would be beneficial to have the ability (as a data admin) to push/force updates to existing Dashboard templates.
