Questions about XBRL
Con rispostaDear,
I would like to know how we can do a value tag, but have it be presented as a word.
In the case of the company we are working with, we noticed that when the 20-F was filed, in the Inline XBRL Viewer (SEC) the tagging of the word outstanding had information with a numerical value of 200,000 How should we do this type of tagging on the Workiva platform?
Thank you for your attention, Victor Abreu.

Hello Victor,
The process to tag this item is to 'double tag' it. We have reference to this process here.
Please let us know if you have follow up questions or need further assistance. Thank you! Have wonderful week.
0Hi Courtnie,
Thanks for the feedback, but I still haven't been able to do the "double tag".
I still can't figure out how I'm going to tag the value of 200,000 and show it as "outstanding".
To me it doesn't seem like a "double tag" but a way of showing the value. In this figure we can see that the word outstanding is tagged.
In this figure we can see that the word was tagged as if the fact were a value, in the case of 200,000.
I even thought I could use the duplicate fact option for this situation, but I couldn't use it in this case.
Could you send me an updated picture of how to proceed in this case?
Thank you very much in advance for your attention.0Hello Victor,
After discussing this further with a colleague I have some more information for you.
You will not be able to tag the 200,000 and show it as outstanding. When you tag the 200,000 twice, the tags will differentiate what is outstanding vs what is issued. For example, on a typical balance sheet, (WK BS for example) we have shares issued and outstanding. We tag it twice, once for issued the other for outstanding. Please refer to example.
I hope this helps and please reach out to us if you have additional questions or concerns.
