Waterfall chart's bar is missing
Con rispostaSome waterfall chart bars are not appearing on the chart. The source data is supplied, and both the starting and ending columns are appearing correctly. Do I need to reapply the data selection from the chart? If so, how is this done (I've copied and pasted an existing chart, which is what I'm using now).

Hi Christopher!
Sorry for the delay here. Are you still experiencing this issue? If you can, can you provide a screenshot of the chart in question and/or its underlying data, we might be able to see what's going on. If it is pre-release, non-public data, though, no need to provide here. In that case you might want to connect with our Customer Support Team to diagnose any problems with the chart.
Let me know what questions you have or if you need anything else. Cheers!
0Can we get an answer on this please? There is a value on 4 - it should be 1.1% but it is not showing and i am having the same issue on all my charts. Looks like all of them are only showing 5 bars (Total on each end and 3 bars in the middle).
0I am happy to help with this! Can you check the minimum value setting for the value axis? It looks like it is set to 32% which would cause it to not show on this graph. If you adjust it, can you confirm if the value shows up?
Thank you!
I tested this out with adding the minimum as 0 and here is how it looks!
0Thanks Brooke but I don't like how that looks. Please check the graph I have of my other data sets. As you can see, this is showing the 1.8% without putting the minimum to zero and this looks better as a water fall graph that I am used to seeing. Thanks!
0Hi Jennifer DelaCruz! I tested this out and it looks like my column 4 1.1% wasn't showing up either until I went over to the right hand panel and chose column 4 and unchecked the total column like this:
0YES!!!!! Perfect!!! Thank you so much! This answered my question and gave me what I needed. I appreciate your help! Thank you!
