Keeping percent on same line
Is there a way to keep a percentage with the word percent spelled out (e.g. 70 percent) on the same line in a document? I know with numbers (e.g. $3 million) there is an option to keep units on the same line. I don't see the same option with percentages.

You can use a nonbreaking space character. In Word, go to Insert->Symbol->Special Characters tab, then select "nonbreaking space". If you turn on your paragraph marks, it looks like a degree symbol instead of a dot. Copy and paste that into Workiva between "70" and "percent" and it will keep those words together.
Hi Ricardo!
Thanks for reaching out! Currently, the link formatting option "Keep unit on the same line" is only available for links that are formatted as accounting. I have passed your feedback along to our Product Team and will let you know if anything changes. Anyone passing by is encouraged to vote up/comment on this request!

0Hi Elena Weber, any chance this will be implemented on Percent value formatting? We have a French report and in French, there's always a space between the number and the percentage, with the result that on some lines the number is on line one and the % sign on the next.
Thanks
0Bonjour Fabian!
Regarding this above request, so far it remains on the roadmap but has not quite been picked for work. It would likely move into 2025 at this point. We can get you added as a requestor there and will keep you updated for sure.
Thanks for sharing your additional use case here too. I will look into these specifics and see if there's not a possibly remedy for you. Sit tight and I'll get back with you ASAP.
