Front-half annual report - Updating prior year content or reflowing content
We are using Workiva for the first time this year and looking to use it for our full annual report in the UK as a listed company and we are planning to do it in design.
We are just looking for advice on how others roll-forward this copy from the prior year to not break all the links but also still give the flexibility to write what we want to write as the front half is more wordy than the Accounts section for example.
We were also wondering how others work through updating content in a current version. In our old process we used to flow content in on batch from a word document into InCopy but now with the links in the document we are not sure how best to do this. Are there any top tips? We are worried about this becoming either a really restrictive process or becomes very manual.
