Hello,

I would like to know if its possible to copy process templates from one workspace to another? Currently I have a survey that I created that I would like to copy to another workspace. Is that or will that be possible in the future?

    Yes, it is possible to copy process templates from one workspace to another. When you use the "Move" or "Copy" function, a copy of the process is created in the destination workspace while leaving the original process intact in the source workspace. However, there are some nuances to consider:
     
    1. Historical Information: When a process is copied to another workspace, its history and permissions are reset. This means historical information is not retained in the new workspace.
    2. Original Workspace: The original process remains in the source workspace even after the copy. Essentially, a duplicate is created in the destination workspace.
    3. Permissions Required: Only users with the Workspace Owner role and Viewer permissions can proceed with moving or copying files across workspaces.
    4. Letters Exclusion: For processes specifically, letters are not included in the copy and would need to be recreated in the new workspace.
