Using Run Report Command for Oracle OTBI connector

Hi All,

We just enabled the Oracle OTBI connector and are trying to run reports out of our general ledger. I am getting an error that says the report wasn't found at the specified path. I attached pictures of my chain parameters, the error, and the report and the location in Oracle. Can someone advise on where I'm going wrong? I'm assuming I'm not using the correct format for the report absolute path.

    Please try using the '.xdo" extension of your report to get the data.

    Ok I tried that. Still getting the same error:

    could you please remove /shared Folders and start the path from /Custom. It should help.

    Ok I just tried that as well, but I'm still getting the same error.

    It could be the permission issue for the report. Does the integration user that you are using to call the report has access to the report. You might want to check that and ensure that the integration user has permissions to run the report.

    Hi Stephenie Kern, along with Anoop's suggestion, check the OTBI Connector configuration. Verify it has the correct OTBI instance Base URL, and username and password. Also verify that your GroundRunner can communicate with the OTBI instance.
