Formatting Decimals
Con rispostaWhen preparing financials, we do not want the decimals displayed so we format the numbers to not show the decimals. When using a simple SUM formula, this does not take the decimals in consideration when they are not visible.
Example: You have 14,103.22 + 7,119.46 = 21,222.68.
In excel with the formatting for no decimals, it displays as 14,103 + 7,119 = 21,223
But in Workiva, it displays as 14,103 + 7,119 = 21,222 (It is rounding 21,222.68 down instead of up)
Is there a ways to correct this without using round formulas?

Hmmm.... thanks for sharing this, Brad. That does seem bizarre.
I checked and was able to replicate IF I had "As Displayed" chosen and not "Full Precision".
As Displayed did give me 21,222 and gave a yellow indicator it was rounding it, like so:
Is this possibly the case for you? Let me know if I've missed the mark there or you have any questions for me.
