Hello and welcome to the Community, Lori!

At this time, its not possible to have the value show as "one-third" in the document and tag it that way, so you'll need to phantom tag this in this case. Holler if there are any questions on the above, or you need anything. Thanks for contributing and happy Halloween! 🎃

    Hi Mike

    Any feedback on this?

On classic we tagged 33.33% in a phantom section and it seems that inline doesn't like phantom tagging. Shows as hidden fact.

    Hi Juaque!

Yes, while "one-third" is not an option to be displayed as a value, if you are using "one-third", that would need to be tagged in a non-printing section as a phantom tag, which although iXBRL is less a fan of, it is still perfectly acceptable. Otherwise you can tag in your document the value of 33.33%. Does that make sense?

It does make sense we will need to phantom tag a couple of concepts.

Hopefully, Workiva will at some point add this to the list and maybe even allow custom naming.

    Hi Mike,

    Any update on this?
We would need to tag 1/4th but currently we don't seem to find a way to enter it as .25 and display it as 1/4th.

    Hi Wannes!

So sorry for my huge delay here. As you might have already found out, there's not new updates here as this is not yet available within the Workiva platform. The workaround of "phantom tagging" as 0.25 and displaying as 1/4 in your file is likely the best method today (here's an article on the process: https://support.workiva.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036001611-Tag-phantom-hidden-facts-in-non-printing-sections).

I will get you added to this request in the meantime too. Let me know what follow-ups you have or if you need anything else.
