Can you print to pdf/word the current document view including tracked changes?
CompletatoIt doesn't look like the advanced printing options in nextgen allow you to print current tracked changes marked in the document?

Great news! Recently released is the ability to export a Document (or Spreadsheet) to PDF and include track changes. Now, from the Advanced menu on export, you'll see the option to Include Track Changes.

I do not believe you can. It would be nice. I have to manually mark up changes so the external auditors can see the changes.

Donna is correct, currently this is not an option. It is on our Product Team's future roadmap, but I don't have timeline for release as of yet. Thank you. This it is used fairly extensively within our organization when preparing and reviewing the document so would be good to have sooner rather than later.

same here. We would like to be able to give the external auditors a copy of narratives with changes easy to find.

Mike, please keep me updated on the status of this feature. We also use it extensively for our annual and quarterly processes, and it will slow it down significantly.

Sadly I have not new updates for you except that it does remain on our Product Team's roadmap to be worked on. The option to export to DOCX with track changes is currently not yet available, though its gained some popularity. In fact, here's another post of that same request.
Currently it remains proposed with the product team and is not in the list of items for Q4 2021. The earliest it could be picked up would be for next quarter. We should have an idea soon if it makes the cut this time around or not.
