Hi, Angelica Akaravorasate! My name is Mallory Earll and I'm a product manager here at Workiva! There are no current established limits of how many users you can have in your document at one time. As for size of Spreadsheet, we do have a current sheet limit of 1000 sheets and link limit of 70,000 in place. However, we are looking to increase the link limit very soon.

Thank you Mallory. Can you clarify, the current sheet limit of 1,000, do you mean # of sheets in a table (i.e. # of tabs in an Excel file). What about maximum # of pages for a document? Angelica

1,000 sheets in a next gen spreadsheet. We don't have a hard limit on pages but we recommend staying under 10,000 pages in a document for maximum performance
