I just checked with the Product Team and they are in the early stages of determining this functionality for next gen Presentations. As a rough estimate, they believe we could have this available in mid Q2 2020, although that would be subject to change as need/desire for this feature increases. I've connected your request for this feature with the team, and have also moved this particular post to our Feedback & Suggestions topic. I'll keep you updated here with any further developments, but you can also stay apprised by following our What's New topic too.

Mike - Is there any update on the status of blackline in the NextGen for Presentations? We want to transition but are hesitant without that functionality.

Thanks for the reminder. I owe an update here since Q2 2020 has passed. In chats with our Product Team on this, blacklines in Presentations has been reprioritized to be released in Q3 2020.
