Maximum number of cells in spreadsheets?
Con rispostaAre there any plans to increase this number?

Hi Tom,
You are correct, currently, the maximum number of total cells allowed in a Spreadsheet is 2 million. There are also limits for the total number of sheets and amount of source links per Spreadsheet, which are currently at 1,000 sheets and 50,000 source links respectively.
More info about these thresholds are mentioned in this post, but we will provide updates to these limits in our Release Notes category. Feel free to follow this category to stay up-to-date on these improvements, as well as others to Wdesk.
Let me know if you have any questions or need anything else. Happy Thursday!0Hi Mike, is there a way to find out how many total cells and how many total source links are in a given Spreadsheet?
0HI Mary!
There are a few ways you could go about this. You can get the total number of links in a file (and whether source links or destination links) by first running a Linked Files Report. This is done from Home, and right-clicking on the Spreadsheet in question.
After that is created, you can then choose the option to Create Spreadsheet of File Links, as seen here:
The Spreadsheet that is created here will show info about all links in the file, and you could then filter to show just source links and run some calculations on how many there are.Another option would be to reach out to your CSM or Customer Support and they can run an internal tool to get a link count as well.
Hopefully that is of some help. Let me know if you have any questions regarding the above steps, or anything else. Thanks and keep staying awesome!
