    If a phase has disappeared in all your controls and you want to mass include the walkthrough phase for all your SOX controls, there are a couple of steps you can take.
    1. I am first going to route you to Support so we can figure out why the phase "disappeared" and whether that can be reverted or if there's an actual bug/issue that you are experiencing to prevent future issues. Hang tight!
    2. Once the disappearing test phases have been addressed and resolved, I recommend reaching out to your CSM (Customer Success Manager). Your CSM should be able to guide you through a bulk import process to accomplish this request. 
    3. Explore self-sufficiency options related to bulk import. Customers now have the ability to create test forms, phases, and review plans in bulk directly within the Testing experience. This includes the capability to create multiple test forms and perform bulk edits on test forms.
