Alexia Szwarc is the best CSM! I've worked with Alexia for 2 years now, from implementation to post-quarter follow-ups. She has answered every question I've asked, she keeps me up-to-date on the latest and greatest Workiva functions, sends me links to videos/tutorials upon my request, I get timely responses from her and so much more. I am lucky to have Alexia as my CSM! :)
