US Based solution | Can EMEA users access our US solution or do EMEA users need their own workspace?

I have a workiva solution set in the USA, do users from EMEA need their own workspace or are they able to access it without restriction.

Thanks for your question. Happy to answer for you.
The good news is your users in EMEA won't need a special workspace or anything to access your US based solution. In fact, it is quite common to have teams access Workiva's regional appspots from places outside that region. The only caveat I'd add is they'd want to make sure the Workiva regions are included in any allowlists your IT team has. Here's an article that covers that, but for reference they are
