Adding field "In Scope for FCC Review" (same as in control form) that is editable in the test forms.

In the control forms, there is a field where you can select yes or no under "In Scope for FCC Review". Sometimes when we are testing, we need to double check this, so we would like to have the same field added to Test forms to save us having to go back to Control form to check if its in scope or not. We also would like this to be an editable field as sometimes the scope changes from DE to OE so this needs to be updated in test forms. Is this possible to add as a feature?
