Is there a way to add a new certifier to an already running or open process?

    Update: Both edits to signers and adding new actions to an open process are now supported!

    You can add additional certification actions (or any action type) to a process that has already started:
    • From the Process tab, click Add in the toolbar
    • Select your action type (e.g., Certification)
    • Fill in the action details
    • Click Add action — it will start according to the process's Start order setting
    You can also edit a certification action that has already started, with one key caveat:
    • Click the three-dot menu next to the certification action → Edit action
    • You can edit signer or approval steps that haven't already started
    • Steps that are already in progress cannot be edited directly
    Note on already-active signer steps: If a signer step is currently active/in progress, you can still add a new signer step after it and then skip the original signer.

    Users must have the Editor workspace role to edit a process, and Owner access to the process to manage signer/approver actions.

    At this time, there is no way to do this. You would either need to cancel and resend a new action with the appropriate users involved or add a new action with just the person you want to add.
