- Phone (available in 190+ languages) and Support Portal are available 24/7 throughout the entire year, including all major holidays.
In-App Chat
- Workiva's in-app chat functionality is always available in all regions, though the ability to chat with an agent is only available between 2:00 and 17:30 CDT, except on all major holidays (listed below).
