Impacts of EDGAR update 21.2 to Workiva XBRL

Hi all!

As mentioned here, as of today's EDGAR version 21.2. release, the following changes were introduced on the EDGAR:

SRT-2019, US-GAAP-2019, COUNTRY-2017, CURRENCY-2019, DEI-2012, DEI-2019, EXCH-2019, RR-2012, SIC-2011, and NAICS-2011 Taxonomies have been removed, and;
The 2021 IFRS taxonomy has been enabled for use in EDGAR filings.

Here's what to expect in Workiva:

2021 IFRS taxonomy‒our Product Team is working to support this taxonomy in Workiva as well, we expect this to be made available in the coming weeks so keep your eyes peeled to What's New for that release.

That being said, filers will need to migrate from the 2019 UGT, 2019 DEI and 2019 IFRS (as it contains 2019 SRT) taxonomies to avoid suspended filings . Please see https://www.sec.gov/info/edgar/edgartaxonomies.shtml for a complete list of supported standard Taxonomies.
