Organizing browser tabs and windows with Workiva
I'm curious how others keep track of what they're working on when they have multiple windows and tabs open in Workiva? For example, our organization uses Workiva for SOX using the 'Controls Management' Workspace Solution, and we also use it for other types of Internal Audits using the 'Audit Management' Workspace Solution. I frequently find myself with multiple windows and tabs open at once - sometimes with a SOX project in one window and another Audit project in a separate window, sometimes 2 Audit projects in 2 separate windows, etc.
The fact that Workiva seems to function by basically acting as a 'browser-within-a-browser' where you can have multiple Workiva tabs open under the same browser tab, makes it extra confusing sometimes, and you can't take advantage of third-party tools or extensions that allow you to re-name or re-color your open tabs.
Just curious if anyone has any general tips of how you keep track of what you have open. Thanks!
