Auto Save - Next Gen Document

I am not seeing a save feature with the next gen documents like the classic documents offered.  Are changes auto-saved or am I missing the save icon?

    Everything is auto-saved in Next Gen.

    Nailed it Lena L!

    In next gen, it will auto-save a new revision each 5 mins, and all these revisions can be found in the History panel on the right-hand side. From here you can star a revision, mark a Milestone, or create a blackline between two revisions.
