Gaining hands-on investigative experience can be difficult, and improving one’s level of professional skepticism can be close to impossible. How can we gain these skills? Here is your opportunity.

Welcome to Red Flag Mania, an immersive investigative experience that challenges you to spot red flags and solve a crime. (Think of it like a modern-day version of Clue!) You'll apply forensic accounting techniques, work in small teams, and use the fraud triangle to determine the perpetrator. Attendees will also get an opportunity to see the Workiva platform up close, and learn how it can improve and streamline internal audit processes.

After this workshop, attendees will be able to:

• Analyze the fraud triangle
• Assess professional skepticism
• Interpret common judgment biases in decision-making
• Compare and contrast deontological and teleological ethical frameworks
