Are sampling request emails bundled together?
RéponduWe are in the process of implementing Workiva. Just last week we were told that we could delay sending sample requests and the receiver would see one email with multiple requests in it. Is that correct?

Yes, you are correct, for sampling requests from the Controls Management Database, those emails would be bundled in timed intervals. More info on bundling in Wdesk can be found on our help site: https://success.workiva.com/help/documents/review/directed-comments.
Note that in both cases they are discussing email notifications for things like directed comments and tasks, but the sampling requests work in the same manner.

Hi, is this also the case for certification emails when a person is assigned to multiple controls? Can we set a time limit so they can only receive one email. I believe this was in place in the past.

In the case of Certification emails, I'm confirming for sure if they are or are not part of the bundled/batched emails for Wdesk notifications.
