Cell Formatting: Changing Border Color

No matter what I do on the cell formatting menu, my selected border colors aren't adapted/recognized.  (When I re-enter the cell formatting menu, it's as if I never selected any color but black.)  Any assistance would be much appreciated.

    Hi Tarik,

    Thanks for the question. To double check, when you go to Format Cells and select the border color, style and weight, are you then clicking on the border(s) you want to apply this to within the window provided? Here's a quick screen grab of the process:
