Hello,

I am just curious why the tag of the Pay v Performance from the Proxy would show up in our SEC viewer for the quarterly documents as if it's tagged there when it's not. Does this matter that it shows up in SEC viewer for the Q even though it's tagged in the Proxy document?

    Hi Kelsey!

    Sorry for our delay here. I did some checking with our XBRL experts, and its very likely due to the use of the ECD taxonomy itself. This will trigger a rendering of "Pay vs Performance" in the SEC Viewer, even if it's not actually Pay v Performance tagging, but required tagging for insider trading that is necessary in a 10-Q or 10-K. So in this case its expected in this scenario. Does that seem like the culprit for you? Let me know if you have any follow-ups for me.
