How do I rename a user in Workiva?

We have a user who'd name has changed and it's not obvious how to change their name in Workiva.  We've tried deleting them from the system (okay for now but won't be later), but that doesn't seem to work either. 

A very common use case is marriage name changes.

    Thank you for reaching out! The information of a user can be changed by an Org User Admin.

    Here is a helpful article that will walk the Org User Admin through that process.
