History version to show Comment icon

When we open a history version, we do not see the Comments icon on the right hand panel. 

How can we get that in the history version? thanks

We can only see below icon on the right hand panel.

    Hi Venus,

    The only way to comment on a previous revision is via Send for Review, which can be sent to a single user or a group. Is this what you're looking for? If you're looking for something else or this doesn't quite fit your needs, let us know!

    The same request (possibly with a different motivation) came up from one of our users recently. A comment had been made on content that had since been deleted, and the "Original selection" fragment didn't fully elucidate the comment. While one can of course just respond to the original commenter, it would have been helpful to be able to instantly jump into the document version / full context where the comment was made. Not sure if that is the same need motivating Venus Wong's original post.
