Should the period of the report we input when filing still be the future dated annual meeting date or has this changed and should now be 12/31/22 to match XBRL tagging?

    Hello Michelle!

    Both the period of report and DocumentPeriodEndDate should match and should be the date of your shareholders' meeting.

    Is the Document Period End Date required to be tagged?

    Per section 6.5.20 of the EFM, that element is not required to be tagged for that form type.
