Can you tell me what kind of value formatting I need to use to get this to display as SCHEDULE 14A but still have an XBRL value of DEF 14A?  I also have it tagged in the DEI tab.

    Hi Michelle,

    Thanks for your question! The best option here would be to have the standard text on the cover as you've always had = Schedule 14A. The Document Type XBRL Fact (either PRE 14A or DEF 14A) can be tagged in the nonprinting section along with the other DEI facts (i.e., Entity Central Index Key, Amendment Flag). There is no requirement to tag Document Type directly on the cover page. Hope this helps! If you have any questions, please let us know.
