XBRL Validation Error: Axis and member or line item are missing from or misplaced in outline
RespondidaI am getting this error for every concept in my AFS footnote. Our outline looks to be structured correctly, but it isn't liking something. Has anyone had this issue or can someone assist?

Hi Katie Watson,
This error (xbrldie:PrimaryItemDimensionallyInvalidError) means the dimensional outline structure is not set up correctly for your AFS footnote concepts. Even if the outline visually looks correct, the underlying structure may be off.
The most common root causes are:- Hypercube (table) is missing an axis: Add the appropriate axis, domain, and members as children of the table
- An axis is missing a domain: Add a domain and ensure all members are children of it
- An incorrect item is a child of an axis: Promote/remove incorrect members, add a domain, and re-demote members
- Line item concepts are NOT nested under the line items abstract: Line items cannot inherit dimensions unless they are children of the member in the outline structure. Demote them under the line items abstract.
Since this is affecting every concept in the AFS footnote, this likely indicates a structural issue with the dimensional outline across the entire section. Every concept that has a dimension applied must follow the correct dimensional structure (hypercube → axis → domain → member → line items abstract → concepts).Recommended steps:
1. Review the "Dimensional Outline Structure" section of the Manage XBRL Outlines for SEC article Manage XBRL Outlines for SEC
2. Try using Add/Re-add to Outline on the affected concepts in the Fact Details panel to re-associate themIf the issue persists, definitely let us know and we can connect you with our Support Team!0Iniciar sesión para dejar un comentario.
