10Q/10K Subcertification assignments and document review

Our current process for 10Q/10K subcertifications is start our Certification Process in Workiva, but send out an email to all certifiers with a link to Sharepoint where we share the certifier assignments and a draft of the 10Q or 10K. How are other companies sharing there assignments and drafts when using the Certification Process in Workiva? Are they using attachments within Processes or utilizing document review? What options should I be looking into for sharing these files with the certifies through Workiva instead of Sharepoint?

    We also utilize the Processes for certifying the CEO/CFO signed certs that accompany 10-Qs / 10-Ks.  For all the CEO, CFO and all sub-certifiers, we cover the distribution of the draft document in two ways:

    1)  They all have access to the document in WDesk and are part of the review process; they can review anytime and are expected to because they are representing they have reviewed such in the sub-cert language they are signing off in the Process.

    2)  We send out a Review and Blacklined version for every significant change and for the final draft we plan to file before the subcerts are due.  We make the subcerts due the day before filing so if they don't sign, we have time to get with them to resolve any issues.

    We don't send anything in email or in Teams or outside of WDesk because we want them integrated into the WDesk environment where everything is.
