Hello,

Is it possible to send an email notification (or any other type of notification in Workiva)  to a set of users when a new report is created? Here is the context of what I am trying to achieve: I have an automated integration that imports control procedures from an external systems. In case of error, I would like certain users to be notified in their Workiva session about the errors.

    Yes, it is possible to send email notifications or other types of notifications in Workiva for specific scenarios in GRC.
     
    Specifically, we have Email Notifications for Errors in Automated Integrations: Notifications can be configured to alert users about errors in automated integrations. For example, when importing control procedures from external systems, you can set up notifications to inform users about errors.
