    Hi Chris!

Thanks for this question. I can add a few items for you to possibly try here. Open to other's suggestions too, of course.

    1. Insert Background Image in Footer/Header:
      - Use the header or footer region to insert an image directly. You can align the image left, right, or center and resize it using the Image Properties panel.

    2. Optimize Image Size and Resolution:
      - Ensure the image is optimized for web use (e.g., 72 dpi resolution and RGB color mode). This reduces the file size without compromising the visual quality.

    3. Use a Single Row Table:
      - Insert a single-row table in the footer, expand the row height, and place the image inside. This method allows better control over alignment and overlaying text or page numbers.

    4. Adjust Export Settings:
      - During the export process, adjust the resolution settings in the Export Advanced menu to further reduce the file size.

    5. Avoid Floating Objects:
      - Since floating objects are not supported in headers/footers, use inline elements like tables or direct image insertion for better compatibility.

    6. Alternate Pages:
      - If headers/footers alternate every other page, ensure the "Same as Previous Section" option is enabled for consistent formatting.

Here's some resources that might be handy as well:
