Adding font to style guide
RespondidaWe are currently using Calibri Light in some sections of our presentation. I am locking down style guides for consistency but when I tried to create the style for these sections, Calibri was available in the drop down but not Calibri Light. How do I add it?

Hi Karen!
Thanks for the question. I did a little digging internally and when testing, we were able to see Calibri Light in a Style Guide options as well as in the document editor. Are you able to confirm that that font is enabled and selected in your Workspace? I'll keep doing some asking as well. Let me know what you find or if you have any questions. Chat soon!
0Hi Mike,
In my presentation, Calibri Light appears in the dropdown and is used.

When I go to the style guide though, it is not there:
0Very interesting. Thanks for sharing that. I'll bring this up to our Support Team to take a closer look in case I'm missing something. Sit tight and we'll be in touch soon. Thanks again.
0Circling back on this as I see the issue was resolved. Seems a strange case of the font being applied to the file via an import but Calibri Light itself not actually being enabled on the workspace. Enabling that font resolved the issue.
Thanks again for reaching out and have a great day!
0Thanks, Mike. And thanks to Workiva Support, as always, for the prompt assistance!
0Hi Team, can we import totally new font into the style guide? I have company font that I want to embed in our style guide.
Thanks in advance!
0Hi Alen!
Welcome to the community and thanks for the question.
Unfortunately your company font cannot be installed in this manner. If it is not yet added into your Workiva account it would not import. Our fonts team can import these for you so they are available for use, however. You can request this here. More info on our process can also be found here.
Let me now if you have any follow-ups. Cheers!
